Two-Options
Detox – Two Versions:
This Detox is intended for people with normal digestive systems and not for those with issues like celiac, Crohn’s Disease, colitis, diverticulitis, or other similar issues. If you are diabetic, have hypoglycemia, or hyperglycemia, or any other medical condition, please check with your doctor or Vaidya. You should always consult your doctor or other health care professional before making any changes to your health or diet program, including starting on a detoxification plan.
You can pick the simple version or the detailed version on the detox, but either way, you should have support from a Vaidya or Practitioner.
This detox does not require any special herbal supplement or other purchases, other than for foods on the recommended list. One version is simple: eat only moong bean soup three times a day for seven days. If it isn't moong, don't eat it!
The other detox option starts with a day of herbal tea specific to your Dosha. Only liquid versions of moong soup are for days 2-3, then smoothies, soups, and cooked vegetables make up the menu for days 4-7.
Many people report reduction in inflammation and pain within 3-4 days of being on this detox plan.
